Tamarr Vollmar has spent more than 25 years in the trenches of leadership development — not as a theorist, but as a practitioner. She has trained front-line supervisors, coached C-suite executives, facilitated team transformations, and stood on stages from corporate boardrooms to Leadercast Live. She knows what it takes to build leaders who actually lead.

Her approach is grounded in a simple truth: the most powerful competitive advantage any organization has isn't a tool, a system, or a strategy — it's the human beings inside it. That conviction is the foundation of the Human Advantage framework, the book, and every program she delivers.

Tamarr holds a Master's Degree in Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management. She is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer, and Speaker — trained by the world's #1 leadership authority. She is also a certified Life Coach, Financial Coach, Master Trainer (Langevin Learning Services), and WTCS Certified Teacher in the Wisconsin Technical College System. She works with leaders and teams across industries throughout Wisconsin and beyond.

The name Palmette is rooted in purpose. When Tamarr was 16, a customer told her that her name — Tamar — meant palm tree in the Bible. Years later, that memory shaped the identity of everything she built. Palm trees bend without breaking. They rise without apology. They thrive in the harshest conditions.
