Both. Organizations can bring the framework to a leadership cohort, workshop, keynote, or custom program. Individual leaders can begin with the Human Advantage Assessment and explore Palmette’s available learning options.
How long is the Human Advantage Leadership Series?
The full Leadership Series is nine sessions totaling 36 hours. A half-day or full-day workshop offers a focused introduction, while a keynote provides a 60–90 minute overview.
Can the Human Advantage be delivered in person?
Yes. Palmette offers on-site, live virtual, and hybrid delivery. In-person workshops create additional room for facilitated practice, group exercises, and team conversation; virtual delivery remains fully interactive and practical.
